Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or arrives damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as JacketCart cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior contact and approval
- Items returned without original packaging or tags where applicable

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges through the website. If you need a different size or variation, please contact us first at support@jacketcart.co.uk so we can advise you on the best available option.
